Shawnee Animal Hospital has clean, state-of-the-art facilities to board both small and large animals in a safe and caring environment. Next time you are out of town, instead of leaving your pet with a neighbor or acquaintance, bring them to our team of trained animal care professionals for overnight boarding! If your animal companion has special medical concerns, or takes regular medication, it can be even more critical for them to be taken care of by a trained professional.

Our Boarding Services

In our boarding facility, we will give your pet exercise and attention regularly throughout the day. We ask that you bring in some of their typical food so they do not have stomach upset, but we are also able to provide food ourselves if necessary.

We ask that pets are vaccinated appropriately before admission to our facility for both their safety, as well as the safety of our other animals. If your pets have been vaccinated elsewhere, please bring in their paperwork or have the other veterinarian fax them to us. If you are unable to provide documentation, we will be happy to provide them with the necessary vaccinations prior to their scheduled boarding reservation.

Please understand, we reserve the right to turn away unvaccinated boarders before endangering the health and safety of the animals in our care.
